Today, the Dutch news station NOS visited our pilot plant in Emmen to interview Joost Pâques about the National Circular Plastic Norm. Groene Chemie, Nieuwe Economie, and the game-changers in the circular and biobased plastics industry handed over a petition to the Dutch government today to express our support for this norm and the importance of its correct implementation. We want to emphasise that the blending standard is introduced in smaller steps and that the norm is implemented at the right point in the chain. Staying ahead of the European norms is crucial to create a competitive advantage rather than a disadvantage.
